What is The Sooth Concept return policy?

We very much want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Sooth Concept. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date the product is delivered to you excluding handcrafted and bespoke/customized products. Any item returned to us and must in the original condition together with the original packaging

What is The Sooth Concept exchange policy?

We are happy to exchange any item you are not happy provided the item is returned to us in the original condition within 7 days from the date the product is delivered to you, excluding handcrafted and bespoke/customized products. A new and similar order must be placed using our website at the same time.

How do I return a product to The Sooth Concept?

As part of this process, you are requested to notify us at info@thesoothconcept.com detailing the reason for the return and or exchange. The reference number is to be clearly displayed on the packaging and we must receive official notification that the product has been returned to us within the 7-day period mentioned above. We will also require a receipt and or proof of original purchase.

Who is responsible for costs related to returns & exchanges?

The cost to return and or exchange the product is not covered and or reimbursed by The Sooth Concept. We are not able to process replacements until the product has been returned to us and the condition verified.
In the event of a general return or exchange we would suggest you utilize a reputable courier/transportation company that not only insures the product during transit but also permits the tracking of the item.

How is a refund processed?

When your return is received by us we will notify you by email. We will again notify you of the approval once the condition of the item has been verified. Once approved, a refund can be processed and a credit will applied to your credit card or the original method of payment excluding original delivery costs. Please allow up to 15 business days for this process.
