What happens when my consultation or order is placed ?
The Sooth Concept team will review your request and if necessary, contact you in the event of any questions. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment (time and day) or of your order with reference number via email including an estimated date of delivery. You will then receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
How can I check the status of my order ?
You can review the status of your order at any time by signing into your Sooth Concept account
What happens if I want to change my order ?
